The STS congratulated and wishes happy holiday to veterans of the service!

Chairman of the STS Serhii Verlanov congratulated Veterans of the Tax service on the anniversary of the creation of the State Tax Service Veterans Association and the Day of Retirement and Veterans Day.

“Our colleagues – you are those who stood at the origins of creating the Tax service, you were actively creating and developing it. Your main advantage is experience. We can talk a lot about youth and energy, but only in combination with experience these features create positive results” – emphasized Serhii Verlanov.

Chairman of the Tax service expressed gratitude to the tax veterans for their help in creating the New Tax, the desire to work and to share knowledge and professional skills.

“It is important that you inherit not only knowledge, experience and professionalism, but also the main values that underpin our work - patriotism, self-belief and dedication” – outlined Serhii Verlanov.

He also noted the contribution of the older generation of the tax officers to the education of the future generation.

Veterans of the Tax service are those who conduct excursions to the Museum of the State tax service, tell future taxpayers about the historicity and importance of taxes. Particularly in October 2019, almost a record number of excursions were made.

Due to this, Serhii Verlanov is convinced that the level of voluntary payment of taxes will increase, as a generation of conscientious taxpayers is already forming.

On the occasion of the holiday, Chairman of the Tax service, on behalf of the entire service team, wished veterans health and long life, well-being, optimism and vitality to create together a service that will make proud both taxpayers and tax officers.
