To get consultation specifically for business affected by the war, it is needed to press the button "7" in the main voice menu, then select the desired topic.

In particular, it is possible can get consultation on the:

- value-added tax – button "1";

- simplified taxation system – button "2";

- land and real estate tax – button "3";

- general peculiarities of submitting documents – button "4";

- other taxes and levies – button "5".

In the "Other taxes and levies" section, it is possible to additionally select questions about income tax; general taxation system, military levy and single contribution; excise tax and licensing; taxpayer accounting; audits and liability.

Specialists of the State Tax Service’s Contact Center provide information and reference assistance on tax questions every day, except for Saturday and Sunday, from 8:00 to 19:00, and on Friday until 18:00.

In addition, to help affected entrepreneurs, the State Tax Service has launched “hotlines” in the regions.
