According to Acting head of the Main Directorate of the STS in Mykolaiv region Dmytro Prokofiev the Main Directorate of the STS in the Mykolaiv region provided significant budgetary revenues to the local treasuries due to proceeded measures taken on the un-shadowing of the economy, reduction of shady schemes, legalization of the labor market, creation of truly partnerships with the taxpayers over 11 months of 2019.
As follows, more than 6 billion UAH of tax payments were transferred to the local budgets over January-November 2019 – this is 993.7 million UAH more than revenues of the corresponding period of 2018.
According to Dmytro Prokofiev more than 90% of the local budget revenues were formed by three main sources, namely the personal income tax, the single tax from legal entities and individuals and the land payments. In particular, over 11 months of 2019 the personal income tax was transferred in the amount of 4 billion UAH to the local budgets – this is 671.7 million UAH more than over the corresponding period of 2018. The single tax from legal entities and individuals was transferred in the amount of 795.2 million UAH. Land payments were transferred to local budgets in the amount of 765.9 million UAH.
In addition, the STS in Mykolaiv region ensured the local budgets with the excise tax on sales of excisable goods by retail entities in the amount of 153.4 million UAH, tax on real estate other than land - 97.7 million UAH, the income tax - 128.6 million UAH, rent for the special use of water, mineral resources and forest resources - 58.1 million UAH, the environmental tax - 26.1 million UAH, license fees - 22.9 million UAH.
Also, Dmytro Prokofiev noted that the STS in Mykolaiv region improves the taxpayer’s service and administration, conducts a permanent dialogue with business in the bilateral format, makes every effort to meet the needs of the taxpayers, in particular in modern, convenient and understandable services that will ensure easy and stable payment of taxes to the budget.
