Business entities of all forms of ownership are entitled to carry out the retail sale of alcohol beverages and / or tobacco products with respective licenses. The license fee is paid quarterly, equally and credited to the local budgets.
Over January-October 2019, the Main Directorate of the STS in Mykolayiv region has ensured 21.2 million UAH from fees for licenses on the right to sale the alcohol beverages and fees for licenses on the right to sale the tobacco products.
Over January-October 2019, the Turnover and taxation of excisable goods control department of the MD of the STS in Mykolayiv region has issued 5289 licenses on the right to carry out the retail sale of alcohol beverages and tobacco products, out of which 3080 licenses on the right to carry out the retail sale of alcohol beverages and 2209 licenses on the right to carry out the retail sale of tobacco products.
