Tax debt: through which services is it possible to obtain information?

1. Taxpayer’s Electronic cabinet

Users of the Electronic cabinet:

- have access to information regarding payment of taxes, levies and other payments, including their tax debt (arrears);

- receive notifications about the tax debt occurrence in the "Notifications" tab of the "Incoming documents" menu.

2. Mobile application "My Tax Service"

"My data" section contains information about status of budget settlements and tax debt.

In the application it is possible to receive notifications about the:

- tax debt presence;

- agreed tax liability.

It is also possible to pay tax liability through the application using any of the suggested payment systems and/or payment methods.

3. InfoTAX chatbot

The InfoTAX in the Viber messenger provides opportunity to:

- receive notifications about existing tax debt;

- access to status of settlements with the budget;

- access to other relevant tax information.

The InfoTAX chatbot menu allows to select wished option.

4. Integration with the "Diia" Portal

Provides access to status of settlements with the budget, including information regarding the tax debt (for individuals-entrepreneurs).
