State tax service provided more than 5 million administrative services to the taxpayers in 2019

STS improves effectiveness of the taxpayer’s service and initiates effective business simplification solutions.

Currently, citizens can obtain administrative, consulting and information services, file tax reporting and obtain qualified electronic signature services at 468 service centers.

Thus, the STS provided almost 5.4 million administrative services during 2019.

“Openness and accessibility of the Tax service is the reality of today. We implement solutions that simplify business operations. We also pay considerable attention to improving information assistance to the taxpayers.” – stated Chairman of the STS Serhii Verlanov.

Particularly, the STS has already started a series of newsletter publications. Topics for clarification are based on administrative practices and requests from the taxpayers.

In addition, there is Public Reference Resource (ZIR) with available service “Feedback”.

With a help of this service, the taxpayers have the opportunity to receive answers to questions that fall within the STS competence promptly from the STS Contact Center. We continue to make them even more meaningful, clear and specific.
