Serhii Verlanov: the main goals of new RCO Laws are to expand the “white” economy

The main goals of new RCO laws it is the expansion of the “white” economy and reduction of the “gray” economy. This was stated by Chairman of the State tax service of Ukraine Serhii Verlanov on the air of program “Skladni pitannya”, 24 Channel.

According to Serhii Verlanov, these Laws are not aimed at fiscalisation, worsening rules or changing the simplified taxation system. On the contrary, innovations are intended to protect the rights of consumers and honest businesses, un-shadow the entire sectors of economy, which in turn will create the preconditions for accelerating economic growth.

Counteraction against the “gray” import should be systematic - from tightening controls at customs to establishing rules that make it impossible to sell imported goods to the final consumer.

Serhii Verlanov ensured that solution of this problem has nothing to do with increasing pressure on the business. This is the main idea behind the new RCO Laws.
