Serhii Verlanov: opportunity to switch to the electronic RCO will facilitate doing business in Ukraine
“One of the main goals of new RCO laws is to make life easier for businesses by introducing electronic RCO. They are easier to use, cheaper and faster” - Chairman of the STS Serhii Verlanov on the air of program “Skladni pitannya”, 24 Channel.
According to Chairman of the STS, in the application of electronic RCO business can choose which solution to use – free of charge solution that is offered by the state or another that business choses.
Starting from the 18th of October 2019, the Law provides 6 months for the STS so that, as of 18th of April 2020, all businesses using cash registers can choose the electronic cash register for its operation.
Significant advantage is the simplification of the RCO registration procedure - it is carried out by means of the Electronic Cabinet without submission of registration documents, but only by obtaining a fiscal number that identifies the program RCO in the information system of the controlling authority.
Process of the RCO application also becomes cheaper by eliminating the need to get acquiring services, services of service centers, concluding relevant contracts and acquiring classic RCO.
“The STS will provide a free of charge software solution for business entities for opportunity to use special programs instead of traditional RCO. Program can be installed in any gadget, including a smartphone. Maintenance of such software will also be free of charge for business entities. That is, it will be free of charge to download not only the program itself, but also its support” – said Serhii Verlanov.
