Single contribution payers can quickly and conveniently submit salary payment calculation certificate electronically via the Electronic cabinet.
Controlling authorities immediately review and approve such certificates. Refusal is possible only in three cases:
- certificate was not submitted in the prescribed form;
- document contains inaccurate information;
- document was submitted to the wrong controlling authority where the payer is registered.
To submit certificate electronically, it is needed to log in to the Electronic cabinet using qualified electronic signature, Diia signature, BankID or MobileID.
In the "Reporting" section, the payer can generate and send calculation certificate:
- in form J1330001 – for legal entities;
- in form F1330001 – for individuals.
After the document is received by the controlling authority, it is automatically checked. According to its results, the payer receives the first certificate. If document contains errors or does not meet established requirements, the certificate will indicate rejection reasons.
If verification is successful, the second certificate is generated, confirming acceptance and registration of document or containing notification of its rejection with indication of reasons.
Status of certificate review and date of its registration can be viewed in private part of the Electronic cabinet in the "Incoming/outgoing documents" section. Registration date is considered the date of receipt of document by the controlling authority.
After review, approved calculation certificate or refusal decision is sent to the payer via the Electronic cabinet.
Use of the electronic format allows to significantly reduce time for submitting documents and quickly receive results of their processing.
