Topical questions related to the implementation of software RCO

, published 18 June 2020 at 14:09

1.      When is the range of numbers for the software RCO formed and how is it replenished?

The first portion of the number range (2000) is issued during the software RCO registration.

At the request of the business entity, this number may be increased based on the calculation of maximum number of settlement documents (checks) which are formed online by the software RCO during 36 hours continuously during the calendar year.

Each time after the STS’s fiscal server receives from a package of copies of checks created by the software RCO with assigned fiscal numbers from the range, the next portion of fiscal numbers is formed for such RCO.

The number of issued (reserved) numbers corresponds to the number of numbers received by the fiscal server (used by such software RCO).

2.      When are the fiscal numbers written off from the range of numbers issued by the STS’s fiscal server for the corresponding software RCO?

Means of the fiscal server keep records of issued ranges for the software RCO with assignment of the appropriate status to fiscal numbers: reserved (issued but not sent to the fiscal server), used (sent to the fiscal server and accepted by the fiscal server settlement documents with assigned fiscal numbers from the range).

Fiscal server generates and issues new fiscal numbers to replace the used ones each time after receiving a package of created settlement documents with fiscal numbers from the software RCO. Such numbers are assigned with status “used”.

3. When starts the 36 hours countdown allowed for the offline work of software RCO?

The countdown of the time during which the software RCO worked offline starts from the date and time specified in the notification of calculated operations in the offline mode marked “start of the software RCO’s transition offline” to the date and time specified in the notification marked “end of offline mode”, as well as from the date and time indicated in the notification marked “end of offline mode ”to the date and time indicated in the message marked “start of the software RCO’s offline mode”, if during the period between such terms the fiscal server did not register settlement documents in the online exchange mode.

 4.      Is an electronic timestamp imposed on settlement documents created by the software RCO in offline mode?

During operation of the software RCO in the period of absent connection between the software RCO and the fiscal server and in presence of Internet connection or mobile Internet connection, the electronic timestamp is imposed on the settlement documents by the provider of electronic trust services.

 5.      How will the buyer be able to check the settlement document (check) issued by the software RCO, which works offline?

The settlement document (check) must contain a mark about the settlement operation offline.

It is possible to check presence of this check in the STS’s database through the Electronic cabinet after the completion of the software RCO’s in offline mode and the transfer of check / checks to the fiscal server.

Information about fiscal numbers included in the range for the use of software RCO, which works offline, will be published in the Electronic cabinet, indicating data on the fiscal number of software RCO and the business entity for which the fiscal numbers are reserved.

6.      Can one business entity register and apply the software RCO alongside with classic RCO?

There are no legal prohibitions or restrictions on the use of software RCO by one business entity alongside with classic one.
