Legal regulation department of Main Directorate of the STS in Kirovohrad region conducted support of 876 cases of various categories totaling 2.9 billion UAH during January – October 2020.

According to its consideration results, 200 decisions totaling 517 million UAH were made in full or in part favor of the STS in Kirovohrad region, which is 60.6% of the total number of decisions and 62.3% of their total amount.

Among the administrative cases on the claims of taxpayers to Main Directorate of the STS in Kirovohrad region the most of them are cases of invalidation / expiration of tax notifications – decisions. Thus, 188 cases totaling 534.5 million UAH were considered during January – October 2020. Of these, 76 decisions (40%) totaling 222.2 million UAH were made in favor of the STS in Kirovohrad region.
