Specialists of the State Tax Service got acquainted with the Polish experience of digital service for the taxpayers to improve services in Ukraine. The goal is to make lives of Ukrainians simpler and more convenient when it comes to taxes.
In Warsaw, during the seminar "Development of digital and taxpayer services in the tax administration", leading specialists from the Ministry of Finance and National Revenue Administration (Krajowa Administracja Skarbowa, KAS) shared their experience with Ukrainian specialists regarding:
- functioning of the electronic tax office;
- accessibility of services for the taxpayers with special needs;
- organization of inclusive customer support.
Attention was specifically focused on the digitalization of service processes, practical aspects of service implementation and establishment of the feedback with users.
Specialists of the State Tax Service will take into account experience of Polish colleagues to improve current standards of the taxpayer service and improve quality of service provision.
Experience of Polish partners will also be useful in implementing the Action plan for 2025 – 2026 for implementation of the National strategy for creating a barrier-free space in Ukraine.
Participants, during the working meetings, discussed prospects for further cooperation and priority measures that will require priority attention in the post-war period.
