Dashboard “Pulse”: digital tool to improve business-state interaction

The first public analytical dashboard of the “Pulse” platform, modern online feedback tool between business and government authorities, has been launched in Ukraine.

Service widget has already been integrated and placed on web portal of the State Tax Service of Ukraine.

State Tax Service became the first government agency to join the “Pulse” project and ensure integration of the Electronic cabinet with the online platform.

Pulse allows entrepreneurs:

- inform about problems in interaction with government authorities;

- receive assistance in solving them;

- evaluate work of government services;

- make suggestions for improving business climate.

In addition, users can leave positive feedback about government services. This will contribute to more effective interaction between the state and business environment.

To use the widget on web portal of the State Tax Service it is needed to:

-  click on the icon with the dashboard logo in the upper right corner,

- rate conditions for doing business in Ukraine from one to ten,

- write a comment, indicating: problem, region, responsible body, industry and position,

- send appeal by logging in via the ID.GOV.UA.

It is also possible to leave comments and requests on all available platforms:

- on the website pulse.gov.ua;

- in the Electronic cabinet; 

- on the website of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine;

- on the Electronic Services Portal;

- on the websites of the Central Executive Authorities and Regional Military Administrations;

Dashboard allows the State Tax Service to receive objective signals from business, analyze problems and tendencies in the tax administration sphere in a real time.

Taxpayers are encouraged to actively use the platform, as provided information will become basis for decision-making, improving tax services and tax administration quality.
