Lesya Karnaukh: local budgets received more than 403.2 billion UAH in 10 months of 2025

Local budgets received more than 403.2 billion UAH in January – October 2025. These revenues are financial basis of communities, which allows them to implement social and infrastructure projects important to people. 

Revenues increased by 14.5% or 51.2 billion UAH compared to last year. This was informed by acting Head of the State Tax Service Lesya Karnaukh on the Facebook page. 

“Almost 60% of all revenues to local budgets are the personal income tax. In total, taxpayers paid 240.8 billion UAH (+16.6% compared to the last year)” – she noted. 

Also among the leaders in filling local budgets:

- single tax – 65.5 billion UAH (+11.2% compared to the corresponding period last year);

- property tax – 49.2 billion UAH (+16%);

- excise tax on excisable products (goods) produced in Ukraine – 1.6 billion UAH (+23 %);

- environmental tax – 1.2 billion UAH (+13.5%);

- tourist tax – almost 0.3 billion UAH (+35,7 %);

- levy for parking spaces – almost 0.2 billion UAH (+23,8 %).

“Stable revenues are a joint result of business and effective tax administration by the State Tax Service. And it’s not just about control.
