To the attention of FATCA-reported financial agents: access to the IDES platform is restricted

Due to temporary technical aspects with the International Data Exchange Service (IDES) website, access to the IDES platform is currently limited.

The U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) informed this.

The IRS is working to resolve malfunctions. Estimated date for restoration of the IDES website is December 2025. 

State Tax Service recommends:

- temporarily refrain from sending reports via the IDES until the system stabilizes;

- follow official notifications on the State Tax Service’s web portal and the IRS website.

Information about resumption of the platform will be posted on the web portal of the State Tax Service of Ukraine.
