Positive revenue dynamics through RRO – 488.4 billion UAH in July 2025: in which regions is the biggest growth

Total amount of sales made through the RRO / PRRO amounted to 488.4 billion UAH in July 2025. This is 23.1 billion UAH or 5% higher than the June figure of 465.3 billion UAH.

Number of checks was 915.1 million in July, which is 36.5 million more than the June result of 878.52 million.

Growth dynamics of transparent payments

Average daily revenues:

in July – 15.8 billion UAH, in June – 15.5 billion UAH. Growth +245.5 million UAH per day.

Average daily number of checks:

in July – 29.52 million, in June – 29.28 million.

Such results indicate a desire for transparency among business and general increase in fiscal discipline.

Regions with the biggest revenue growth in July 2025 compared to June:

Mykolaiv region – +7.3%,

Ivano-Frankivsk region – +6.9%,

Odesa region – +6.5%,

Trans-Carpathian, Ternopil region, Lviv region and Volyn region – +6.3% each.

Increase in fiscalization in July is due to:

- active counteraction of the State Tax Service to shadow settlements and focus on entities with a high risk of tax evasion;

- improvement of quality of the State Tax Service’s analytical tools;

- change in business behavior, which increasingly chooses legal tools of work;

- high level of adaptability of entrepreneurs, who, despite the challenges of war, maintain economic activity in the legal field.

State Tax Service calls on business to continue to comply with legal norms and choose legal methods of conducting business.

It is worth emphasizing that the State Tax Service carries out tax control taking into account decision of the National Security and Defense Council to introduce legal and organizational measures regarding a moratorium on groundless audits and interference by the state bodies in business activities, and exclusively on the basis of a risk-oriented approach and in the presence of high levels of risk.
