Obligatory submission of financial and statistical reporting to the State Statistics Service of Ukraine has been renewed

This is provided for by changes made to the Law of Ukraine “On protection of interests of reporting subjects and other documents during the martial law or a state of war”.

According to the State Statistics Service, from July 5, all enterprises, institutions and organizations subject to the state statistical observation are required to submit reporting.

Particularly, as of today reporting is submitted by individuals-entrepreneurs who carry out the following types of activities:

- Industrial production – Form 1-P (monthly) “Report on the production of industrial products by type” (not later than the 10th of month following the reporting month).

- Passenger road transportation – Form 51-pas (2 times a year) "Inspection of individual-entrepreneur involved in passenger road transportation on the route" (not later than May 25, not later than November 25).

- Freight road transportation – Form 51-vant (2 times a year) "Survey of individual-entrepreneur involved in freight road transportation on a commercial basis" (not later than April 25, not later than October 25).

It is possible to check whether the one needs to report in the "Respondent's cabinet" on website of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine.

For those payers who are involved in the observation, the Cabinet will display list of forms and deadlines for submission.

Enterprises that did not submit reports for previous periods (in 2022–2025) have three months to submit them for the entire period of non-submission.

How to submit reports?

- Use online service "Respondent's cabinet " on the State Statistics Service website.

- Through the software the one has already selected.
