Contact center of the State Tax Service: almost 600 thousand calls since the beginning of year

Contact Center of the State Tax Service of Ukraine responded to 591.9 thousand requests from individuals and legal entities in the first half of 2025.

- 511.8 thousand requests were received by phone;

- 76.3 thousand requests – in messenger chats;

- 3.7 thousand requests – by the e-mail.

The most popular requests from the taxpayers:

- personal income tax;

- military levy;

- single contribution to obligatory state social insurance;

- single tax;

- usage procedure of registrars of settlement operations;

- status of electronic reporting processing;

- value added tax.

Last year, there were almost 540.6 thousand requests from January to June.

Users can also find answers to their questions on their own in the Knowledge Base.

It is posted on the State Tax Service’s web portal in the Public Information and Reference Resource (abb. ZIR). This is convenient online resource with ready-made answers to popular questions. It is possible to use it at any time.

Knowledge Base has been viewed more than 2.3 million times since the beginning of 2025.

It is constantly updated: 838 answers were updated in the first half of 2025 due to legislative changes and 625 were limited in validity.
