Training "Effective communication: leader’s role, cooperation with media, tactics and tips" was held at the State Tax Service

Educational training on the topic: " Effective communication: leader’s role, cooperation with media, tactics and tips ", organized with assistance of experts from the EU Programme for Support of Public Finance Management in Ukraine (EU4PFM) and Head of the EU4PFM Yurgita Domeikiene, was held at the State Tax Service.

Heads of structural units of the State Tax Service and its territorial bodies, specialists of communication units took part in the online event.

During training, the EU4PFM program expert Zhyvile Navitskaite-Babkin talked about the main areas of strategic communication, leader’s role in communication process, techniques and advices regarding interaction with media, scheme of crisis communication, etc.

During the constructive and meaningful event, its participants got acquainted with useful theoretical aspects and successful practices for building effective external and internal communications.
