Illegal export of agricultural products worth more than 22 million UAH was exposed

Tax specialists exposed illegal sale of agricultural products outside the customs territory of Ukraine.

During an analytical research, tax specialists of Main Directorate of the STS in Donetsk region jointly with the Prosecutor’s office of Donetsk region exposed and documented export of agricultural products outside the customs territory of Ukraine. Origin of products has not been established by an enterprise that has signs of fictitiousness and has no signs of paying any taxes, as well as the return of foreign exchange earnings. Amount of legalized funds amounted to more than 22 million UAH.

Criminal proceeding under Article 205-1, Article 209 and Part 1 Article 366 of the Criminal code of Ukraine was registered in the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations.
