Working schedule of the State Tax Service of Ukraine has been changed for the quarantine period.

The updated working schedule:

- working day starts at 8 o’clock and lasts up to 17 hours;

- Friday: working day starts at 8 o’clock and lasts up to 15 hours 45 minutes;

- lunch break – from 12 o’clock up to 12 hours 45 minutes.

In regions with a favorable epidemic situation, the reception of visitors at the Taxpayer service centers is carried out according to the following schedule:

from 10 o’clock up to 17 hours (Friday from 10 o’clock to15 hours 45 minutes) with a lunch break from 12 o’clock up to 12 hours 45 minutes and with technical breaks for sanitation and ventilation every two hours for 10 – 15 minutes.

Such changes have been made to the STS’s working regulations in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as of 20.05.2020 № 392 “On the quarantine aiming to prevent the spread of acute respiratory disease COVID-19 caused by the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 and stages of easing anti-epidemic measures, taking into account changes made by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as of 17.06.2020 “On amendments to certain Acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”.

Taxpayers should note that it is possible to send a letter (request, appeal, etc.) to the relevant STS’s body using the menu “Correspondence with the State Tax Service” of private part of the Electronic cabinet. Letter must be in pdf format (2 MB limit).

Login to the Electronic cabinet is carried out at the address: http://cabinet.tax.gov.ua, as well as through the official web portal of the State Tax Service.

Appeals of legal entities and self-employed individuals can be sent to the e-mail: post@taх.gov.ua.

Citizens’ appeals can also be sent to the e-mail zvernennya_dps@tax.gov.ua in the form of scanned copies or photocopies of written appeals signed by the applicant indicating the date and place of residence (registration).
