Tax service provided 1.8 million administrative services during the 1st quarter of 2020
Tax service provided 1.8 million administrative services to the taxpayers during the 1st quarter of 2020.
The most requested of the 96 administrative services provided by the Tax service particularly were the issuance of the taxpayer’s card and entering the data of registration number of the taxpayer’s registration card from the State register of individuals-taxpayers into the passport of citizen of Ukraine (in the form of a booklet). Almost 380.7 thousand of such services were provided during January – March 2020. More than 801.2 thousand taxpayers received information from the State register of individuals-taxpayers on the amounts / sources of paid income and withheld taxes.

For information support and assistance to the taxpayers regarding the processing of tax reporting, registration of tax invoices and functioning of electronic services there is an operating Call center (0 800 501 007) which during January – March 2020 provided almost 41.8 thousand consultations about functioning of electronic services and status of electronic reporting processing.
