Requests and appeals to the STS bodies can be sent from private part of the E-cabinet

State Tax Service of Ukraine makes a request to reduce the paperwork flow and use electronic communications, such as E-cabinet due to the outbreak of COVID-19 coronavirus, prevention of infection and spread of viral infections.

Taxpayers have the opportunity to send a letter (request, appeal, etc.) to the relevant STS body in pdf format (2 MB limit) using the menu “Correspondence with the STS” in private part of the E-cabinet.

Access to the Electronic cabinet is by the following address: http://cabinet.tax.gov.ua, as well as through the official web portal of the STS.

Work in private part of the E-cabinet is carried out using the electronic digital signature (qualified electronic signature) obtained from any Qualified provider of electronic trust services.
