Draft order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine “On approval of the Decision-making procedure for registration / refusal to register tax invoices / adjustments calculations in the Single register of tax invoices” was promulgated

The State tax service of Ukraine presents a draft order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine “On approval of the Decision-making procedure for registration / refusal to register tax invoices / adjustments calculations in the Single register of tax invoices” (hereinafter - the draft order).

Draft order was developed in accordance with Paragraph. 20.2 Article. 20 Section I of the Tax Code of Ukraine and Regulation on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 20 August 2014, №. 375.

Ensuring a decision-making on registration / refusal to register tax invoices / adjustments calculations in the Single register of tax invoices in accordance with the rules of the current legislation is the purpose of the draft order.

The State tax service of Ukraine is a developer of the draft order.
