Starting from the 1^st of October, 2019 the new 3719 non-budgetary accounts, opened at the name of the territorial bodies of the State Tax Service of Ukraine for the payment of the single social contribution and financial sanctions according to the IBAN (29 alphanumeric characters) become valid!!!
