Reception of citizens (for booking a personal appointment with leadership of the STS and officials of its structural departments)
Citizens can pre-register for a personal appointment with officials of the STS from Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 12:30 and from 13:00 to 16:30 by phone at number: (044) 247-35-14.
Registration for regular appointments with leadership of the STS is terminated in ten working days before the date of personal reception, for officials of structural departments of the STS - five working days before the date of personal reception. Registration for next appointment begins on the day of termination of registration for the next appointment.
