To correct this error, the following must be checked:
1. Which qualified electronic signature key or seal was used first?
| Correct sequence of signatures for tax reporting: accountant-director-electronic seal. |
2. Correctness of entering a password.
| Namely: password register, keyboard language, etc (created password may contain special characters) If the user forgot the password, he/she must cancel the qualified public key certificate and get a new one. |
3. Whether the typed password matches the used key?
| Example: accountant key password is only used with the accountant key. |
4. Was the file’s title of the private key changed?
| Qualified electronic signature private key or seal has a strictly defined title – “Key-6.dat” which cannot be changed. Changing the title of personal key will make it impossible to use it again. Title of certificate can be changed at the client’s request, except for the file format “* .cer”.
As follows, changing the file’s title will damage the private key, so the one will need to revoke the Qualified public key certificate and get a new one.

5. Application form to change the status of the qualified public key certificate for revoking the qualified certificate (hereinafter – the application).

Application form for revoking the qualified certificate can be submitted: - in a vocal form by the telephone; Vocal application is submitted by the applicant (user) to the Qualified provider of electronic trust services IDD STS by means of telephone communication: (044) 284-00-10; applicant must inform the registration administrator the following information: - identification data of holder of the qualified certificate; - voice authentication key phrase Vocal application is accepted only in case of positive authentication (coincidence of voice phrase and user’s ID with information in the certificate register).
- in a written form. Written is submitted to the separate registration point of the Qualified Provider of Electronic Trust Services IDD STS in a prescribed form and certified by the handwritten signature of the applicant (user).

6. New set of registration documents (for obtaining new qualified public key certificate).
