Comprehensive consideration of citizens’ appeals, satisfaction of their legal rights and interests is a priority area of work of public authorities, a responsible duty of officials.
Main Directorate of the STS in Dnipropetrovsk region received 3443 written appeals in 2019 – this is 85 less than in 2018. In most cases topics of written appeals were related to the following issues: audit, consultations on tax legislation issues, etc.
Tax officials of Dnipropetrovsk region received 19 collective appeals from 161 citizens in 2019. Appeals were considered within the time limits specified by the law.
