Main Directorate of the STS in Chernivtsi region reports that in 2019 the taxpayers paid 5 billion 190.6 million UAH of the tax payments to the consolidated budget – this is 806.2 million UAH or 18.4% more than in 2018. At the same time, the indicator exceeded 104.2 percent or (+ 207.4 million UAH). In December 2019, revenues amounted 502.3 million UAH (+ 37.4 million UAH).
According to acting head of the Main Directorate of the STS in Chernivtsi region Borys Akimenko the key indicators have been fulfilled in all directions.
2027.8 million UAH of revenues for the state needs was directed to the state budget. In turn, 3162.8 million UAH of the general payments was directed for the needs of local communities. Compared to 2018, the increase in tax payments to the state budget has exceeded 316.2 million UAH and 490.0 million UAH to the budgets of local communities.
Over January-December 2019, according to the amount of revenues, the main sources of replenishment of the state treasury were: the value added tax which was paid in the amount of 806.4 million UAH (+ 136.8 million UAH); the personal income tax - 712.5 million UAH (+ 114.9 million UAH); the income tax - 190.0 million UAH (+ 23.5 million UAH) and the military levy - 222.7 million UAH (+ 33.5 million UAH).
65.2 percent of revenues to the local community budgets – is the personal income tax which amounted 2062.8 million UAH (+337.2 million UAH). Also local budgets received more than 483.3 million UAH of the single tax (+88.2 million UAH) from small business entities “simplifiers”. Landowners and land users ensured almost 353.4 million UAH to the local budgets (+ 58.0 million UAH). Sellers of excisable goods transferred 117.6 million UAH of the excise tax on retail sales.
