As of the beginning of November 2019, there were 57927 of basic taxpayers registered in the Main Directorate of the STS in Ternopil region. Almost 60% of them are private entrepreneurs, this is 34531 individuals. The rest are the legal entities – 23396, this is 547 more than in 2018.
During October 2019, the number of 549 taxpayers was registered. Among them there are 89 legal entities and 460 entrepreneurs. 373 business entities stopped its activity during this period, namely: 32 legal entities and 341 entrepreneurs.
1108538 individuals, as well as 4503 foreigners were registered in the State register of individuals - taxpayers. However, 4821 individuals refused to assign an identification number. 14 102 individuals and 268 foreigners were registered during 10 month of 2019.
There is an interesting fact that at the beginning of November 2019, there were 87042 single taxpayers, including 24663 legal entities and 62379 individuals registered in the Main Directorate of the STS in Ternopil region. Compared to January-October 2018, the number of such taxpayers has increased by 5392 individuals. This indicates that residents of the region care about their future and prefer to receive wages legally.
