Building of the Tax Service in Shostka, Sumy region, was damaged as a result of enemy attack

Building of Shostka State Tax Inspectorate of Main Directorate of the State Tax Service in Sumy region was damaged as a result of prolonged russian attack. This was informed by acting Head of the State Tax Service Lesya Karnaukh on the Facebook page.

The most important thing is that no one was hurt! Facade of the building was damaged, windows broken and offices damaged.

“Danger accompanies our colleagues and taxpayers of Sumy region every minute. Unfortunately, this is not the first time that premises of Sumy region’s Tax Service in various settlements – Sumy, Konotop, Buryn – have been damaged due to enemy attacks” – Lesya Karnaukh stated.

She expressed gratitude for the daily work of all tax employees, who, despite all the threats, continue to help business and citizens, provide consultations, accompany taxpayers and resolve tax questions.

Due to the difficult security situation and significant damage to buildings, work of tax access points in Krasnopillya, Hlukhiv and Velyka Pysarivka is currently suspended. 

“But this does not stop us! Tax Service continues to work, services are available. Ukraine is holding on – including thanks to those who go to work every day despite all the risks” – Lesya Karnaukh emphasized.
