State Tax Service enhances efficiency of business processes in cooperation with experts from the US Treasury

State Tax Service of Ukraine, together with experts from the Office of Technical Assistance of the US Treasury, is working to make daily interaction with the Tax Service simpler and more understandable for people and business.

Cooperation focus is modeling and improving key business processes of the State Tax Service.

“Joint work with the OTA experts will help the State Tax Service identify specific tools and solutions that can be implemented in both short and medium term. We are grateful to our partners for their willingness to cooperate and committed to a productive professional dialogue as a part of further joint steps” – emphasized Deputy Head of the State Tax Service Teodoziia Chernetska.

Cooperation areas:

Audit.

State Tax Service is interested in working together on modeling processes of control and audit activities. The main goal is to improve quality of audits, implement risk-based approaches, improve planning and strengthen analytical component.

Tax services and service offices.

The Service is focused on creating convenient, transparent and digital system for servicing taxpayers. Particular attention is paid to the development of service offices for high-quality, modern and customer-oriented service.

Information and reference support.

State Tax Service seeks to improve processes of processing applications and providing consultations through standardization, digitalization and implementation of analytical tools to improve interaction quality with the payers.
