Local budgets: almost 325 billion UAH of taxes was paid in 8 months

Revenues to local budgets are growing steadily. Taxpayers transferred 324.9 billion UAH for development of their communities in January – August 2025. This is + 17.3% or 47.8 billion UAH more compared to the corresponding period last year.

Leadership stable keeps the personal income tax – almost 58% of total revenues. 188.3 billion UAH of this tax was paid in January – August 2025 (+18.7% compared to the corresponding figure last year).

Also among the main sources:

single tax – 52.9 billion UAH (+11.7% to January – August 2024);

corporate income tax – 23.7 billion UAH (+21.1%);

property tax – 38.4 billion UAH (+ 15,5 %);

excise tax on excisable products (goods) produced in Ukraine – 1.5 billion UAH (+ 45%);

environmental tax – 1.1 billion UAH (+ 9.7%);

tourist tax – 219.5 million UAH (+ 35,1 %).

Timely payment of local taxes and levies is a stable support for community, which allows for adequate financing of the social sphere, infrastructure development and important regional programs.
