Lesya Karnaukh: Revenues to local budgets increased by 18.2% in the first half of year compared to the last year

Local budgets received 236.5 billion UAH in January – June 2025. This is 18.2% or almost 36.4 billion UAH more than figure for the first half of the last year. This was informed by acting Head of the State Tax Service Lesya Karnaukh on the Facebook page.

The main sources of local budgets:

- personal income tax – 138 billion UAH (+19.6% compared to January – June last year);

- single tax – 38 billion UAH (+13.2%);

- corporate income tax – 18.2 billion UAH (+22.2%);

- property tax – 26.8 billion UAH (+14.8%);

- excise tax on excisable goods (products) produced in Ukraine – 1.3 billion UAH (+62.5%);

- tourist tax – 142.6 million UAH (+33.2%);

- environmental tax – 765.2 million UAH (+3.5%).

"Tax Service, together with communities, is working to improve tax administration quality. The more funds local budgets receive, the more opportunities there are for implementing important projects. Together with communities and business, we are forming a resource for development, despite difficult conditions" – stated Lesya Karnaukh.
