Ukrainians have already paid more than 4 billion UAH of the real estate tax

Property owners paid 4.32 billion UAH of the real estate tax other than land plot in the first four months of 2025. This is 17.8% more than the last year. 3.67 billion UAH was paid in January – April 2024.

Top payers:

- Kyiv – 911.6 million UAH;

- Kyiv region – 434.5 million UAH;

- Dnipropetrovsk region – 428 million UAH;

- Lviv region – 408.6 million UAH.

This tax is paid by individuals who own:

- apartments of more than 60 square meters;

- houses of more than 120 square meters;

- other various types of housing, including their shares of more than 180 square meters.

In 2025, Ukrainians will pay taxes for 2024.
