State Tax Service invites representatives of business community and software developers to join testing of the functionality of electronic audit system (e-audit).
Testing participation provides an opportunity:
- test system functionality, which will allow for early adaptation of internal processes to requirements of future tax control;
- influence improvement of audit mechanisms by providing feedback on the system operation;
- increase preparedness level for digital format of tax administration, which reduces risks and promotes transparent interaction with the State Tax Service’s authorities.

SAF-T UA (Standard Audit File for Tax) is electronic file with a standardized structure that contains data exported from the source accounting system on the availability and status of assets, equity and liabilities, as well as information on changes in the financial and economic status of the business entity for a certain period, which is part of implementation of the National Revenue Strategy until 2030, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № 1218-р as of 27.12.2023.
Introduction of the electronic audit (e-audit) is one of key areas of implementation of the National Revenue Strategy until 2030, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as of 27.12.2023 № 1218-р. This will significantly increase efficiency of control and audit work and contribute to the digital transformation of tax administration, particularly through the introduction of standard audit file SAF-T UA (Standard Audit File for Tax).
