Ruslan Kravchenko: State Tax Service exceeded revenue plan for April by 10.2 billion UAH and by more than 46 billion UAH for four months of this year

State Tax Service demonstrates stable overfulfillment of revenue plan. Another +10.2 billion UAH in April, as of 19:00 on 30.04.2025. Four months ended with a solid overfulfillment by 46.2 billion UAH (+13.1% to plan of the Ministry of Finance). This was informed by Head of the State Tax Service Ruslan Kravchenko in the Telegram channel.

"More than 83 billion UAH was transferred to the general fund of the state budget from payments controlled by the State Tax Service in April (+14% to the plan, +37.2% to April 2024)" – he noted. 

Main April indicators: 

- Personal income tax: 29.7 billion UAH (+18.6 to the plan)

- VAT: 27.4 billion UAH (+6 %)

- Income tax: 5.6 billion UAH (+77.5 %)

- Excise tax on produced and imported products: 15.7 billion UAH (+11.4%)

VAT refunding:

Fourth month is positive. 13 billion UAH was refunded in April. Amount is more than 55 billion UAH for January – April (+24.2% compared to 2024).

Indicators of January – April 2025:   

- Revenues: 398.2 billion UAH

- Plan overfulfillment: + 46.2 billion UAH

- January – April 2024 indicator overfulfillment: +16.9%

"We have accumulated a significant financial reserve. Due to systematic work, increased voluntary tax payment and improved administration, we have additional funds to finance important expenditures" – added Head of the State Tax Service.
