Contact Center of the State Tax Service has already responded to more than 332.5 thousand requests this year: what are the most common questions?

Contact Center of the State Tax Service of Ukraine provided answers to more than 332.5 thousand requests from individuals and legal entities in January – March 2025.

- 284.5 thousand requests were received by phone;

- 45.8 thousand requests – in messenger chats;

- 2.2 thousand requests – by the E-mail.

The most often, taxpayers asked about:

- personal income tax;

- military levy;

- single contribution to obligatory state social insurance;

- single tax;

- procedure for using registrars of settlement operations;

- status of electronic reporting processing;

- registration to the Taxpayer Service Centers.

Reminder! Users can also find answers to questions on their own in the Knowledge base. It is posted on the State Tax Service’s web portal in the Public Information and Reference Resource (abb. ZIR). This is a convenient online resource with ready-made answers to popular questions. It is possible to use it at any time.

Knowledge base was viewed almost 1.3 million times in January – March 2025. 

It is constantly updated: 485 answers were updated in the first three months of 2025 and 499 were limited in validity due to legislative changes.
