National revenue strategy for 2024-2030 has been approved

Government approved National revenue strategy for 2024-2030, fulfilling Ukraine's obligations under the Memorandum with the International Monetary Fund. This document defines plan for strengthening the state's financial system, improving tax administration procedures.

Strategy, in particular, provides for:

- ensuring adaptation of Ukrainian legislation to the EU legislation and fulfillment of Ukraine's international obligations in terms of tax policy and administration;

- strengthening of integrity and trust in controlling bodies through strengthening anti-corruption measures and increasing transparency and efficiency of management procedures;

- increasing level of compliance with tax legislation by taxpayers and controlling bodies;

- creation and implementation of modern digital solutions for tax and customs administration.

State Tax Service has already carried out a number of measures to fulfill tasks defined by the Strategy for the Tax Service. In particular, active attention is paid to the digital transformation of the State Tax Service in the context of European integration, development of electronic services, introduction of modern compliance approaches in tax administration, etc.

Effective implementation of tasks outlined for the State Tax Service and achievement of goals defined by the Strategy will become one of priorities for the Service.
