Representatives of the State Tax Service explained practical matters of tax legislation to representatives of the accounting community

Representatives of the State Tax Service answered practical questions of representatives of the accounting community during online meeting.

Participants discussed corporate income taxation specifics, determining the minimum tax liability, taxation of individuals-entrepreneurs, in particular, transfer of charitable aid to needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, taxation of the purchase and sale of securities.

Tax officials also commented on matters regarding use of registrars of settlement operations, obligatory requisites of fiscal checks, submission of reports on controlled foreign companies and imposition of fines in case of non-submission, etc.

Matters were conceptually outlined that require separate clarifications during the meeting.
