Information reference on the budget revenues in 2021

Due to conscious attitude of taxpayers towards payment of taxes, the State Tax Service reports about successful implementation of Government task. Budget revenues exceed both certain indicators and targets of the corresponding period last year.

Result:

2021:

Indicative – 596.0 billion UAH;

In fact – 614.4 billion UAH.

Comparing to last year: +106.9 billion UAH or 21.1%.

Over-fulfillment is +18.4 billion UAH or 3.1%.

Including the VAT:

Indicative (balance) – 151.7 billion UAH;

In fact – 155.8 billion UAH.

Comparing to last year: +38.1 billion UAH or by 32.3% more.

Over-fulfillment of indicative: +4.0 billion UAH or +2.7.

The VAT reimbursement to taxpayers accounts amounted to 159.7 billion UAH in 2021, that is by 16.6 billion UAH or 11.6% more than in 2020. Such increase is due to an increase in the VAT amount claimed for reimbursement, due to favorable conditions on foreign markets.

It should be noted that annual indicators set by the Ministry of Finance for the State Tax Service in 2021 increased three times by a total of 60.7 billion UAH, including 17.7 billion UAH of the VAT.

December 2021:

Indicative – 40.6 billion UAH (indicator excluding the increase of 20.7 billion UAH. In fact, indicator was increased by 20.7 billion UAH in December due to overfulfillment of the Ministry of Finance’s indicators for 11 months of 2021 by 30.0 billion UAH);

In fact – 49.7 billion UAH.

Comparing to last year: +15.0 billion UAH or +43.1%.

Over-fulfillment is +9.1 billion UAH or +22.4.

Including the VAT:

Indicative (balance) – 13.0 billion UAH;

In fact – 15.5 billion UAH.

Comparing to last year: +6.0 billion UAH or by 1.6% more!

Over-fulfillment is +2.4 billion UAH or +18.7%.

The VAT reimbursement to taxpayers accounts amounted to 17.3 billion UAH in December 2021, that is by 2.9 billion UAH or 20.1% more than in 2020.
