Answers from the Knowledge Base were highly estimated by taxpayers

State Tax Service is constantly working on updating the Knowledge Base in the Public Information and Reference Resource (ZIR) and filling it with new answers to questions to provide citizens with timely, accurate and complete background information in the form of answers to questions from more than 37 areas; tax rates; glossaries and directories; daily selection of answers to twenty topical questions; tax calendar, which contains systematized information on the terms of payment of taxes and levies, payments, reporting to the STS; changes in tax legislation, with the possibility of subscribing to receive such changes by e-mail and more.

To date, section “Questions and Answers from the Knowledge Base” contains more than 11 thousand questions and answers regarding tax and other legislation, compliance with which is entrusted to the STS.

Every taxpayer who uses ZIR can estimate answer to any question. Value of the fixed level of user satisfaction is reflected on its main page.

The overall result of fixing level of taxpayers’ satisfaction with answers was 87.07% as of December 31, 2021.

In addition, ZIR provides advantage of transition to Viber or Telegram and to get information and reference services from the STS’s Contact Center and opportunity to send e-mail with question that will be considered as soon as possible or get help with use of ZIR from employee of the STS’s Contact Center.

Taxpayers visited ZIR almost 3 million times in 2021 and since the beginning of ZIR (since 2013) – more than 25 million times.
