Taxpayers can promptly receive answers to the email address

Public reference resource is an information service that enables taxpayers to minimize time which they spend on obtaining information and to familiarize themselves with:

answers to the tax questions, single social contribution and other legislation control over compliance with which is assigned to the STS, questions that taxpayers often address to the Contact Center of the STS;

regulatory documents and recent changes in legislation;

current rates of taxes and fees, the tax calendar;

current questions regarding receiving electronic trust services, etc.

Public reference resource is constantly improving, focusing on the taxpayer’s information needs.

We invite taxpayers to visit Public reference resource or its mobile applications and use the new function “Feedback”.

Function “Feedback” promptly enables the taxpayers to receive answers to questions within the STS’s competence from the STS Contact Center to the e-mail.

It should be reminded that Public reference resource can be used through official web portal of the STS (Tab “Public reference resource”) or directly via the Internet by the link: zir.tax.gov.ua.

Mobile applications can be freely downloaded to personal mobile devices using online stores: App Store and Google Play.
