The STS jointly with the Ministry of Finance keep working on suggestions regarding the improvement of legislation on the use of RCO

The STS specialists took part in a working group at the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine in order to work out suggestions regarding the improvement of legislation on the use of registrars of calculated operations.

This time, discussion regarding the concept document that defines specifics of the new system of software RCO began during the meeting. The STS specialists provided suggestions on the registration procedure of software registrars for calculated operations and their application, as well as suggestions intended for resolving a number of other procedural issues. Participants of the working group, in addition to the tax authorities, representatives of the Ministry of Finance, National Bank, public and business associations will analyze suggested projects and provide their remarks and comments on them.

It should be reminded that a number of regulatory acts that regulate the use of registrars of calculated operations need refinement and analysis in connection with adoption of the Laws №. 128-IX and 129-IX as of September 20, 2019.

Precisely this is the primary task of the working group - to prepare the by-laws regulatory acts required for the implementation of software RCO. In particular, this is about the providing functional free software solution for testing by the tax service to the taxpayers.
