From October 28 to November 30, 2019 the State tax service of Ukraine with participation of Fiscal Policy Research Institute of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine will conduct a nationwide survey of taxpayers’ satisfaction with the level of service in order to identify issues that need special attention to improve the quality of services.
Obtained results will be used for preparation of an action plan to improve services of the STS within the framework of the conceptual directions of reforming the system of bodies implementing the state tax policy.
The survey will be anonymous and voluntary. The answers will remain confidential and will be used solely for the purpose of the survey.
The survey results will be published on the official web portal of the STS and on the STS Facebook page as soon as they will be processed.
