Rules on registration in the State register of individuals – taxpayers were changed

From today the 23^rd of October 2019 became valid changes to the Regulation on registration of individuals in the State register of individuals - taxpayers. The innovations stipulate that in order to register, changes, getting a taxpayer’s card or information from the State register the identifying data of the document should be used, in particular:

for foreigners and stateless persons who have applied for recognition as a refugee or a person in need of additional protection in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On refugees and persons in need of additional or temporary protection”:

copy of passport for foreigner and stateless person verified by the territorial department of the State Migration Service of Ukraine by the place of residence of foreigner or stateless person in Ukraine, and / or with notification that the original of such document received for saving by the territorial department of the State Migration Service;

certificate of appeal for protection in Ukraine.

Foreigners and stateless persons submit documents to the territorial departments of the STS in the region and Kyiv city.

On 23.10.2019 became valid the Order of the Ministry of Finances of Ukraine № 294 “On amendments to Provision on registration of individuals in the State register of individuals - taxpayers” registered by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 01.08.2019 № 847/33818.
