Uzhhorod entrepreneur Marianna Dolynna made her dream come true by opening a craft confectionery. Having received a state grant support, the craftswoman modernized production, purchased modern equipment and created new jobs.
As the business expanded, the entrepreneur faced new challenges as employer: algorithms for hiring employees, intricacies of payroll, personal income tax, military levy, single contribution and timely reporting. For qualified clarification, Marianna appealed to the Tax Consultant Office of the State Tax Service in the Trans-Carpathian region.
Tax Service’s specialists provided step-by-step practical recommendations regarding:
- Procedure for concluding employment contracts and timely submission of employment notification;
- Peculiarities of calculation and payment of obligatory payments (personal income tax, military levy and single contribution);
- Rules for filling out reports and compliance with deadlines for their submission.
“When you hire people for the first time, there are a lot of questions. Tax Consultant Office gave me a clear, understandable algorithm of actions without unnecessary bureaucracy. Now I am sure that the business works absolutely cleanly and transparently. I advise entrepreneurs not to be afraid to ask specialists – it saves time, resources and adds confidence in own business” – says Marianna Dolynna.
