Declaration campaign 2026 ends today: how to submit declaration in time

April 30 is the final day of income declaration campaign for 2025. Submit declaration without missing the deadline.
Since there is a little time left, it is recommended to use the fastest and most convenient way – online services of the State Tax Service.
It is possible to submit your declaration electronically using:
1. Payer's Electronic cabinet (section "EC for citizens").
2. Mobile application “My Tax Service”.
It is also possible to submit declaration in person (or through authorized person) at the Taxpayer Service Center or the Tax Consultant Office by the end of working day.
Sending declaration by mail on the last day is no longer possible. According to the rules, this must be done not later than 5 days before the deadline.
Reminder: declaration must be submitted by citizens who received income without withholding of taxes.
This is:
- income from renting out property;
- foreign income;
- inheritance or gifts not from the close relatives;
- income not received from the tax agent;
- investment income;
- income from the property sale in cases where tax was not withheld;
- other income subject to declaration.
Even the one-time income can be basis for declaration if no tax has been paid on it.
Also, individuals-entrepreneurs who are on the general taxation system, and individuals who carry out independent professional activities are required to submit declaration.
Failure to submit or untimely submission of property status and income declaration entails imposition of a fine according to the Tax Code of Ukraine, as well as administrative liability.
Please note: if declaration is submitted to receive tax rebate (for example, for education, mortgage or insurance expenses), the deadline is different – until December 31, 2026.
