State Tax Service is a part of digital state

State Tax Service constantly works on development of services for the taxpayers’ convenience and comfort.

Integration result of electronic information resources of the State Tax Service with other state electronic information resources became E-services for citizens and self-employed individuals, among which the most popular are:

- "My taxes" in Diia – 184 million requests were processed during provision of 15 electronic services in 2023;

- verification of tax number in the State Register of Individuals (Registration number of the taxpayer's account card) – 15.8 million requests for individuals were processed in 2023;

- income certificate in Diia – 1.1 million requests were processed in 2023;

- eMalyatko – 108.8 thousand individuals used service in 2023;

- ID14 – 79.7 thousand individuals used service in 2023;

- document sharing – 37.2 thousand requests were processed in 2023.
