Improvement of the public finances management: IT system for managing proceedings

EU4PFM together with the State Tax Service, developed the IT system "Administrative and judicial appeal", which provides for automation of consideration of taxpayer complaints, support of cases in courts with participation of State Tax Service’s bodies.

System is ready for implementation in activities of the State Tax Service. It will ensure control over the consideration terms of documents, meetings during the consideration of complaints, court hearings, assistance in preparation of documents using pre-formed templates, coordination and forwarding of decisions based on the consideration results of taxpayer complaints in electronic form using electronic digital signature.

As a result, the IT system:

- will reduce time for receiving and processing any complaints or court documents;

- will reduce budget costs for document management.

State Tax Service continues to support implementation of latest European approaches and IT technologies in its activities!
